REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: JUNE 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Section 1

• concrete pouring for the house's foundation;

• concrete pouring for the vertical elements of the basement has been completed;

• installation of the horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the basement has begun.

Section 2

• installation of window frames;

• glass installation in window frames (60% complete).

Section 3

• installation of PVC membrane roof waterproofing;

• plastering of walls on the 5th floor;

• installation of window frames;

• glazing of window frames.

Section 4

• plastering of the stairwell walls on floors 1-7 and from the 1st floor to the underground parking lot;

• installation of cold and hot water lines in the apartments on floors 2-7;

• installation of PVC membrane roof waterproofing (95% complete).

Sections 5 and 6

• masonry work on the walls and partitions on the 5th and 6th floors has been completed; work is ongoing on the 7th and 8th floors;

• roof insulation with extruded polystyrene foam;

• installation of a sloped screed on the roof;

• installation of horizontal sewer lines K1 and K2 in the underground parking lot (basement).

Other types of work

• concrete pouring for the underground parking lot foundation slab beneath the courtyard (phase 2) has been completed.

Further works include:

Section 1

• installation of horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the basement;

• pouring concrete for the floor slab above the basement;

• arrangement of the vertical elements of the 1st floor.

Sections 2

• installation of window frames and glass panels.

Section 3

• installation of window frames and glass panels;

• plastering of walls (floors 6-7).

Section 4

• roof waterproofing with PVC membrane;

• installation of window units;

• installation of radiator outlet manifolds in the apartments;

• installation of concrete caps on chimneys.

Intermediate section

• installation of a vapor barrier made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof;

• insulation of the roof with extruded polystyrene foam;

• installation of a slope-forming screed on the roof.

Sections 5 and 6

• construction of walls and partitions (floors 7-8);

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of PVC membrane on the roof;

• installation of concrete caps on chimneys.

Other types of work

• concreting the vertical elements in the underground parking lot beneath the courtyard.
